Stone stamp pads are used where high quality, non-smear impressions are required, such as printed circuit boards, machine parts, aerospace & aircraft parts.

The stone pad is contained in a corrosive resistant container and sits on top of a felt pad. Capillary action brings an even constant flow of ink from the felt pad through the porous surface of the stone. A thin layer of ink on the surface of the stone prevents your stamp from picking up excessive ink.

Flip the stone over and the capillary action re-inks the surface of the stone.
