What form of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Paypal on all US and International orders. US orders may also be prepaid by check.
How do I open an account?
To establish an open account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a credit application. Terms offered for approved companies are Net 30. Finance charge of 1 ½% per month or maximum allowable by law will be added to past due balances.
Can I have my order shipped COD?
No, we do not offer COD services.
Can I have my order shipped freight collect?
All shipments are made F.O.B. Temecula CA. If you wish to ship your order using your own shipper account, please provide that information when placing your order online or list it on your PO. If an expedited method is preferred, please provide that information in the order comments line on the checkout page. All collect orders will be shipped via ground services unless specified otherwise. If an incorrect or invalid account number is provided, all chargeback fees will be billed to the customer.
Can I get an additional discount for a very large order?
Bulk discounts are offered on some products. Discounted pricing can be seen by clicking the Buy in bulk and save link on the product page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Production times on custom products are listed on the product page. Production time on custom products begins on the first full day after we receive proof approval. For example, and order placed monday afternoon, where proof approval was also received on monday afternoon, would begin production on tuesday. Business days are Monday-Friday; Weekend days do not count towards production time.
How do I return my order?

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, however we reserve the right to deny cancellation on any order that is already being processed. Cancellation is not available on custom items.
What is the minimum quantity when ordering custom labels or tags?
Our minimum order for custom labels or tags is 1,000.
I’m not sure what size of inspection tag I need, and can I have my company logo printed on it?
Size #5 is the most popular tag and will accommodate most applications. Company logos can be printed on any custom tags or labels. Please send company logos in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proofs will be provided for approval on all custom orders.
Do I need a tamperproof seal?
Tamper resistant seals must be affixed to operator accessible adjustments on measuring and test equipment that, if moved, will affect the calibration.
How do I know what border I need?
Borders can be viewed on the product page. Many specifications do not require a specific border so you may choose whatever border you desire. Stamps can also be created without any border if desired. Our customer service representative will be happy to make suggestions on borders to meet your needs.
What is the most common size of inspection stamp and how are they measured?
The most common size is 3/8” and inspection stamp sizes are always measured by the size of circle the impression would fit within.
What is the difference between the porous and non-porous inspection stamps?
Porous stamps are designed for absorbent surfaces such as paper or cardboard. Non-porous stamps are for marking on metal, glass, plastic or glossy papers. For more information, please visit our Ink Selection Helper page.
How do I send my artwork?
For some products, artwork can be uploaded in PDF format on the product page. If this is not available on the product page you are ordering, artwork can be emailed to email@example.com
Can you duplicate a tag I already have?
Yes. Artwork can be uploaded in PDF format on the custom tag page, https://ryanqc.com/cts-custom-tags-13-pt-card-stock-standard-and-fluorescent/. If you are unsure what size the tag is, please contact customer service for assistance.
Do the labels come in sheets or rolls?
Custom labels come on a roll with a release liner. Stock labels are offered on sheets or rolls, details will be listed on the product page. Flat sheeted labels are 4” X 5 ½” and printed 20 labels per sheet.
I am looking for a label that I don’t see on your website, does that mean you don’t carry it?
Not necessarily. We offer a variety of custom label products that are customer specific and are not listed for order on our website. If you are sourcing such an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Are the inspection arrows conductive?
No, none of our inspection arrows are conductive.
