We wanted to take a moment to update all of our business partners on how COVID-19 is effecting our business and how it will impact orders.
Our customer service office and many of the "in-stock", non-customized items are located in California. Currently, California is under a "stay at home" order. We take the health and safety of our employees and others in our community very seriously so we are temporarily having all employees work from home. Thankfully, due to modern tools available we are able to stay efficient and communicate in the same way we always have. Our phones and email are all still working the exact same way they always have. If you have a question about an order in progress or need to speak to someone about a new project, feel free to reach out to us as you would at any other time and we'll be happy to provide you with the same great service as always.
Regarding custom order products: We produce these items in a few different locations nationwide and currently are not experiencing any significant reduction in capacity. Your orders for custom tags, transparency charts, stamps, and labels are all proceeding as normal.
For in-stock items that normally ship the same or next business day we are working with a modified schedule. In an effort to reduce our own exposure to our neighbors (both at home and at work) we will only be shipping stock orders out a few times a week. While we understand that our clients may at times need product urgently, we greatly appreciate your patience as we all try to do our part to to keep everyone safe.
If an order is extremely urgent, please make sure to let our customer service team know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
